Ab lounge ultra-jacknife
and
fitness quest leg magic exerciser?

I am debating between those 2 and a treadmill.
I want to loose weight in my hips and thighs and tone my stomach up and loose 25 pounds.
I want something easy to use and at a decent prize as well.
Has anyone every used this ,I would like to know your experiences.

Answer by SmarksYou need to do aerobic exercise to lose the weight. The ab lounge is only going to strengthen your muscles in your body, it won’t get rid of any fat that is sitting on top of the muscle. I would get the treadmill. – s
